Vita

Robert B. Lount, Jr.
Much of my research examines how both intragroup and intergroup processes influence behavior. Within these contexts, I am particularly interested in understanding: (1) Factors responsible for increased task motivation within and between groups (2) Trust development and repair within and between groups (3) How moods and emotions influence interpersonal and intergroup behavior.
